 The current building’s infrastructure and layout present significant challenges for the department. “The current building is not set up to be efficient for everyday police work and interaction,” commented Police Chief, Kal Fuller, as he highlighted difficulties in managing the separation of arrested individuals due to the building’s layout, a key guideline for law enforcement facilities. “Our building is also not ADA compliant,” said Chief Fuller, noting that a new build is a more viable option than a significant remodel.
